1.  Do you test on animals?

Never. In this day and age, there is no reason why drinkware should be tested on animals. Not only are our products non-toxic, we are also committed to ensuring that no animal is harmed in our production and testing process.

2.  Are your products Vegan friendly?

We are proud that all of our products are non-toxic and certified 100% cruelty free by American leading body, Cruelty Free America. In addition, our products are suitable for vegans. We never use animal-derived ingredients, even you are vegan, please feel free to use our products.

3.  Am I limited to the vacuum cup colours listed on your website? 

We’re open to custom colour requests! If you’re interested in other colours, feel free to reach out. We have over 300 colours in our extended range and also offer a special colour-matching service for customers making bulk purchases. Please contact us for more information and for a quote. 

4.  Where can I buy Magncup products?

For a small amount of personalised products, orders must be placed via the www.magncup.com website, but you can mail sales@magncup.com directly if big orders . 

5.  Can you do custom labels?

Yes! Our in-house designers can help to create custom labels or add logos or company motifs to our products for events, brands or any special occasion. Please visit our Business Cooperation page for more information or contact us via sales@magncup.com for bulk pricing.

6.  Can I make changes to one of your template messages? 

At this time, there is only scope to add an additional line of text on our template messages. If you have a specific design request, please contact us via hello@magncup.com for a quote. Minimum order quantities may apply.

7.  Is there a minimum order quantity? 

No. We value every order, no matter how small.

8.  Can I return my purchase?Can I return customized items if I don't like them?

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for personalised products due to a change of mind. But don’t worry! We triple check all of our products prior to shipping to ensure that we are confident that you will be receiving exactly what you have ordered. Please check our Refunds & Returns page for information regarding faulty products.

9.  Can I return customized items if I don't like them?

Since each customized item is made to order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect or error. We recommend double-checking your input before placing the order.

10.  What is your return policy for non-personalised items?

For non-personalised items, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for more details.

11.  What should I do if there is something wrong with my order? 

If you believe there is any issue with your purchase, please contact us via support@magncup.com or check our Refunds & Returns page more information. 

12.  How can I pay? 

We currently accept payment via the following methods:

13.  What are my shipping options?

We offer both standard and express delivery . 

14.  Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Magncup ships to worldwide destinations, with few limitations. Please see our Shipping Faqs page for more information regarding international shipping.

15.  How quickly will my order be processed? 

Unless your chosen product is on backorder, all orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

16.  How long will delivery take?

Depending on the shipping method you choose, you will receive your order within 7-15 business days after dispatch. Please view our Shipping Faqs page for more information regarding international shipping.

17.  How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the courier’s website to monitor your delivery status.

18.  What should I do if I have trouble tracking my delivery?

Some carriers may take 1-2 business days to register or update your shipment status. If your tracking number hasn't registered any updates within a 48 hour period, please contact us via support@magncup.com and we will investigate.

19.  Do you offer discounts on your products?

From time to time, we do offer exclusive discounts to our customers, followers and subscribers. Make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter and following us on Facebook & Instagram to get access to discount codes and special offers as they become available. 

20.  My discount code isn't working. What should I do?

Discount codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases, can only be redeemed once per person. All Magncup discount codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. If you are having an issue with a discount code, please be sure your order meets all qualifications for the discount code and that the code is still valid. If you are still having issues, please contact us via hello@magncup.com.

21.  Are the products sold on Magncup officially authorized by brands like YETI, Stanley, or Hydroflask?

Magncup is an independent third-party seller. While we offer products that are compatible in design and function with those from popular brands like YETI, Stanley, and Hydroflask, we are not officially affiliated with or authorized by these brands.

Our drinkware is carefully selected from trusted suppliers and manufactured to high standards of durability and performance. We are committed to providing excellent quality and responsive customer service, even though our products are not sourced through official brand channels.

22.  Is this product officially made by or affiliated with YETI? 

No. This product is not affiliated with or endorsed by YETI Holdings, Inc. YETI and MagSlider are registered trademarks of YETI Holdings, Inc.
Any reference to these names is used only for compatibility or design comparison purposes. Magncup is an independent seller offering alternatives that match the style and performance of popular branded drinkware.

23.  Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't, BUT... have you seen our packaging? With gifting in mind, all Magncup products are individually boxed in our signature packaging that has been designed to keep your item safe during transit. Depending on the size of your order, your products will also arrive housed in our bespoke, Magncup branded box or our padded mailer bag for extra protection.  

24.  Is your personalisation service free? 

Yes! You can add your name, monogram or custom message for FREE with complimentary personalisation on all of our products. 

25.  What fonts can I choose?

Each Magncup product has a set number of fonts for you to choose from when adding your personalisation. All fonts have been chosen to provide a range of styles to suit different tastes, as well as ensuring the highest print quality for your finished product. You can select your prefered style from the drop down list of fonts available on each individual product. Need a custom font? Contact us for a quote via hello@magncup.com.

26.  Is there a character limit when personalising?

To ensure your finished product is of the highest quality and that your custom text is legible, each Magncup product will have a different character limit when adding your personalisation. Character limits are dependent on a variety of factors including the location of the custom text and the size of the product. Please see the individual product pages for character limits. 

27.  Do you have an ambassador program?

Yes! As an emerging business, we rely on positive exposure from our loyal fans to help shine a spotlight on our products. If you are an influencer or blogger who would like to spread the word about Magncup' personalised beauty and lifestyle essentials, then we would love you to be a part of our exclusive ambassador program.
