1.  How Quickly Do We Dispatch Orders?

1. For customized products, our team will complete the customized work within 1-3 working days and arrange international express delivery.

2. For non-customized products, our team will arrange international express delivery within 1-2 working day.

2.  What Is The Timeframe For Delivery To Your Address?

We appreciate your patience and will do our utmost to expedite your order. Please note that shipping times are subject to carrier schedules and may be beyond our control. How quickly you receive your products depends on which shipping option you have selected and where you are.  

Our carriers estimate the timeframe for delivery as follows:

Standard Shipping: In normal circumstances, delivery takes between 9 to 15 business days for metro areas and slightly longer for regional areas. Please note dispatch times when calculating delivery timeframes.

Express Shipping: It takes between 7 to 10 business days for metro areas and slightly longer for regional areas. Please note dispatch times when calculating delivery timeframes.

Once your products have been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details for your shipment. You may then liaise with the nominated courier in relation to the specific date and time of delivery.

Shipping times may vary according to the shipping partner's load volumes and any estimates made as to the delivery date are subject to postal delays which are out of our control. Unfortunately we do not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays.

3.  How Much Is International Shipping To Your Address?

We will provide you with two options of standard delivery and fast delivery. Free shipping eligibility is determined based on your order amount.Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order exceeds the specified amount.

4.  What About International Taxes And Duties?

We are not responsible for any country, provisional, government, state and local sales tax, goods and services tax, value added tax, excise and similar levies and/or taxes and/or import duties applicable to your purchase in your home country. If you receive notice that additional local sales tax, goods and services tax, value added tax, excise or similar levies, taxes and/or import duties are applicable to your purchase, you will be responsible for payment of these. Please ensure timely payment of any applicable taxes and duties to avoid potential delivery delays or issues. 

5.  What Happens If I Enter An Incorrect Or Incomplete Address?

It is important that you double check your delivery address at checkout before placing the order for your products. If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided, resulting in a failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is a street address and a zip code and a contact phone number (including country code) are provided.

6.  Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched, please contact us immediately to update your shipping address.

7.  Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
