1. For customized order, the customized text or logo have not been printed to the product.
2. For order without customized, the product has not been shipped yet.
In both cases as above, you do not have to bear any costs (except PayPal processing fees), and we will support you to refund or replace the product.
What Happens when I get The delivery and then I want to return or exchange it?
If you need to return or exchange your products, you'll be supported by the following conditions:
1. The customized product is not customized according to the requirements submitted by you.
2. The product is defective.
In both cases as above, you do not have to bear any costs, and we'll ship it to you again and we will bear the freight, or we will refund you the full amount. The premise is that within one week after you receive the delivery, beyond this time, we will not be responsible.
